Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care and each member of our treatment team has had expanded functions training. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Practice Administrator
Konnie
 Konnie has worked with children her entire career, first as a Speech-Language Pathologist and now at Fales Pediatric Dentistry. She has worked in all positions at FPD since 1997 and currently oversees the day-to-day functioning of the office as Practice Administrator. She enjoys participating in many charitable events such as the Mission of Mercy for Kansas and Colorado. She and Spencer (the FPD Morale Officer) are a certified Assisted Therapy Team with the Delta Society. In her spare time, she likes gardening, crafts, and reading and she enjoys travelling every chance she gets. She is married and has two adult children.

Shelly
 Shelly has worked in the dental field since 1996. In 1999, she began working at FPD in the business office. As Office Manager, Shelly is responsible for managing the business office and handling all account and collection issues. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and their two dogs: Maggie, a Golden Retriever, and Ruby, a Newfoundland.

Lori
 Lori joined our team in January 2005 as our Patient Relations Coordinator. She is the key front line person with our patients and parents. She enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, being at the gym and biking outdoors.

Denise
 Denise is happy to be working at FPD as a Patient Coordinator. Her willingness to always help others and her genuine warmth make her an incredibly valuable team member and patient/parent advocate. She has worked for Dr. Fales since 2004. Denise looks forward to participating in our many charitable events. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandson and going to movies.

Lisa
 Lisa has worked with Dr. Fales since 1998 and loves working at FPD. She has a very warm personality and can make scheduling an appointment feel like you are chatting with your neighbor over your backyard fence. As Surgery Coordinator, she is also responsible for scheduling all surgeries and assisting parents with their related insurance issues. She is married and has two wonderful kids that keep her very busy.

Lennie
 Lennie has worked with Dr. Fales since 2005 and absolutely loves working as a Dental Assistant. Her enthusiasm is a wonderful asset to our office. She is married to a fireman and has two sons.

Katie
 Katie joined the FPD team in 2003 as a Dental Assistant after receiving her certificate in Dental Assisting from Penn Valley Community College. She also holds national certification to Dental Assisting. She is known for putting patients at ease and is a great resource for dental information. She and her husband welcomed their first baby in December 2008. Katie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Heather
 Heather is a great asset to our clinical team as a Dental Assistant. She is known and loved for her attention to details. Heather has been with FPD since 2007 and enjoys the opportunity to work with our patients as a Dental Assistant. She is a graduate of K-State and previously worked as a flight attendant. Her son is the highlight of her life.

Abbey
 Abbey received her initial dental training while serving in the United States Air Force. Her gentle personality and big smile make our patients feel right at home while she is working with them. She loves her job and especially working with kids as a Dental Assistant. Abbey is married and loves being a mom to her son that was born in 2007. She also welcomed a new baby in December 2010.
